Lost Key(s) or Other Security Device(s): Tenants are responsible for the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or security device(s). Early Termination of Tenancy: If you wish to terminate the tenancy before the end of the fixed term, and the landlord agrees, you will be liable to pay rent until a suitable new tenant takes possession of the property.
