First floor of the property boasts the spacious living room, along with the first double bedroom. The living area is beautifully decorated throughout, and includes a comfortable seating area for guests to enjoy, along with a cosy reading corner and TV. This room is beautifully lit with natural light from the windows, which over looks plenty of green space (piano and cello not included in rental). The first double room is the largest of the four, and benefits from its own ensuite shower room and a EU sized king bed.

The final three bedrooms are located on the second floor of the property, and include two double beds, and one room with stackable single beds. An en suite shower room and family bathroom finishes this floor. The property is decorated throughout with comfort and practicality in mind with desk space available in two of the bedrooms. Artwork within the property has been hand selected for guests to enjoy the subtle sights of Oxford.

Property is located in a prime location, a two minute walk from football and cricket fields/tennis courts and outdoor gym. It is a short distance from the from Florence Park and close to Cowley and all it has to offer including a variety of restaurants and cafés, a vibrant part of the City. Cycling distance from the City Centre, with regular buses a short walk from the property.

SITUATION Located off the Cowley Road providing exceptional access to the bars, restaurants and other amenities the area has to offer. Central Oxford is around 2 miles on the bus route going every 5-10 minutes. Oxford Business and Science parks are both within 1.5 miles.
