The house is 18 minutes drive from Padstow, 10 minutes from St Merryn, 10 from Newquay. Large supermarkets are only 10 mins drive.

The South West footpath is only 200 metres away, so there are plenty of cliff walks. Up to 2 dogs permitted.

Monthly rent includes all utilities, SKY TV, all heating etc, wi-fi, water, rates.
