Leave Tavistock via the A390 heading towards Callington and Cornwall. Pass over the River Tamar at Newbridge and continue up the hill to the traffic lights at Gunnislake. Pass through the traffic lights and take the next turning on the left into Calstock Road. Continue for 0.25 miles, then turn left into Kingswood Road. Go down the hill before turning right into Bealswood Road. Continue along Bealswood Road almost to the end where Bealswood Terrace and the subject property will be found on the left-hand side.
