The Suite benefits from being Furnished and Inclusive of Bills at an additional £250pcm - total payments circa £1050pcm. Parking for One Vehicle & additional parking may be available subject to availability.

Monthly payment of £1050pcm is discounted based on a 6 month contract, shorter term contracts are subject to higher room rates, please enquire for more information. A deposit equivalent to 5 weeks’ room rate will be payable prior to the stay.
