The Seller's View
Our home offers us a tranquil and perfect space to live with our young family. Having two living spaces and a separate kitchen works well for our busy house and we have worked diligently to bring back some of the character of the 1930's home. The garden is one of our favourite parts of the house with two seating areas to make the most of the sunshine in the morning and into the evening. The extended patio makes a perfect spot for BBQ and entertaining friends. Having an 'Ofsted Outstanding' primary and secondary school within walking distance and a quick and easy walk way through to Sainsbury's and other shops were selling points for us. Being close to city centre and River also helped. We are moving out of area, otherwise this would be our forever home!
