THE PROPERTY

The house is new and has been designed with you in mind! Communal areas are open-plan and include a kitchen, with a breakfast bar, two cookers, two sinks, fridge freezers, a microwave and plenty of cupboard space. All crockery and cooking equipment are provided and communal areas are cleaned regularly by Ox Living. There are washing machines and dryers. Private garden at the back of the house. Secure bike storage is available.



PARKING

There is allocated parking on the driveway, please check on viewing if space is available - But also, road parking is available.

BILLS

ALL of our properties are inclusive of bills. This means that your council tax, water rates, gas, electric, Wi-Fi, TV licence, and even the cleaners and gardeners are included in your rent. We don't have coin meters or any caps, we just ask that you please be reasonable with usage.



NO DEPOSIT OPTION

We now offer a no-deposit option (Reposit) minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy.
