The approved building design was over two storeys of 745 sq m (8,020 sq ft), and a building footprint circa 30m x 17m. All associated technical reports, including highways, flood risk, ecology, landscaping etc are available on the Hart District council planning portal.

A subsequent planning application was submitted in 2023 for the erection of 7 three bedroom dwellings and access to the public highway. This application was withdrawn in 2024.
