Self-Storage site located within Portland Business Park, a long-established business park located prominently just off Sheffield Parkway (A630), directly behind Asda supermarket and adjacent to McDonalds restaurant, approximately 3 miles North-East of Sheffield City Centre.



There is excellent access to Junction 33 of the M1 motorway (approximately 2 miles / 5 minutes drive away), and Junction 1 of the M18 motorway (approximately 5 miles / 7 minutes drive away).



The Self-Storage site is in a separate secure, fenced and gated compound located within Portland Business Park.



Description



The Self-Storage site has its own keypad operated security gate with access available 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, 365 days per year. Each container is provided with a high security padlock free of charge. The whole site has monitored CCTV.



The clean, dry BRAND NEW containers are available for short or long-term rental. All licence agreements and rental payments are managed directly through the customer's own on-line log-in.



Terms



Rental - 20ft containers - First two months at reduced rate of £90 per month (inc VAT), increasing to £180 per month (inc. VAT) from month three. Rent to be charged monthly in advance.



Departure - 30 days notice to leave required



We do not allow the following to be stored: explosives/flammable items, food or other perishable goods, damp or wet goods, animals, plants, anything that could leak oil and damage or stain the container
