Felmongers is situated less than 1 mile from Harlow Mill Station and 1.4miles from Harlow Town Station. Both these stations have direct routes to London Liverpool St (35mins), Tottenham Hale (for Tube connections (18 mins)), Stansted Airport (10mins). It is 2 miles from the M11 junctions 7 & 7a with easy access to London, Stansted Airport & Cambridge. The A414 is 2 miles away which allows easy access to the A10.
Harlow Town Centre is just 1.8 miles away and Princess Alexandra Hospital is just 2 miles away.
The property itself is a good size ground floor flat. The current owner has completely redecorated and laid new carpets in the lounge and bedroom.#
