We have enjoyed this house since 2008 due to its spacious open planned feel and very convenient location . We really enjoy entertaining friends and family and the layout of Cross Road as always allowed us to host get togethers and the outside bar has always been a gathering point and we love that the garden is not overlooked by neighbours. The location of the property is also amazing.  The promenade is just 10 minutes away along with Park Drive fitness centre and the Blackwater leisure centre, Maldon high street is a few minutes walk, Co-op is at the end of the road and the doctors is just a few minutes walk away. We are now ready to move simply because our family have all now flown the nest and the home needs its next family to enjoy it as much as we have.
