Property Search Engine Home.co.uk reveals the hottest 20 locations in the UK for buying and selling property this month.
According to the Time on Market survey results from the Home.co.uk Property Search Engine, which finds and tracks over 700,000 properties for sale across the UK, the 20 best locations for property sales are shown below.

The UK's best property selling towns for June 2010 have changed from our January report, becoming more dominated by the London boroughs and the South East. This highlights the superior strength and renewed vivacity of the property markets in these areas when compared to the national average Time on Market of 197 days. However, towns such as Oxford, Gloucester and Rugby are no longer performing as well. Also noteworthy is that the numbers of properties for sale in the top 20 locations has increased significantly (e.g. Brighton by around 30%) as sellers seek to take advantage of market conditions.
NB: Only towns with more than 500 properties for sale were included in the survey, which analysed the mean time on market for unsold property in estate agents' property portfolios.
